The dose (for erectile dysfunction) is 25 mg to 100 mg taken once per day. In most cases, the recommended dose is 50 mg taken 1 hour prior to sexual activity. Based on toleration, the dose may be increased to a maximum of 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg in the opposite case.
